of Shares Outstanding (O/S).

At a Share-Price of $0.0035 and a Billion Shares O/S, the Market
Cap would be $3.5 Million.

Similarly, with a HALF-Billion Shares O/S, the Market Cap would be $7.0 Million.

So...Perhaps... Just PERHAPS, there are actually only appx. 500-Million
Shares O/S?

OR the Company is anticipating a Share-Price SOON of $0.007?
