If the PPS drops to .5 what difference does any of that make? Think about it... do the math we took a 50 to 1 hit. The price should have converted to $2. They promised a nickle per share before the split, sold a ton of shares, did the split and the price has been steadily dropping. Does Fabio also get the dividend? This is an easy read... Fabio could make this stock bounce to the moon if he wanted to, but if he is still buying why would he do that when he has till August 15 to publish the fins.... that would be stupid.
