very confusing to sort out, but in my layman opinion, once the 3rd amendment is proven bogus, and the sweep is void. law suits will attack the warrants, being they were issued as insurance if the bailout was not paid. well guess what, the bail out was paid With interest ! Warrants should just expire/revoked at this point. But one step at a time. To me the Perry ruling is more significant than the Fairholme. But either one will set president to the other. IMO ~ not a lawyer ~ but i do have a common sense

Won't be long now, Lamberth will have to come up for air and make a ruling. Either oral or just go straight to summary judgment.
