I have to call BS. One director sold 2% of his holdings on a automated, planned sale, with the following notation:

( 1) Automatic disposition of shares pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 Sales Plan.

That's hardly proof of "directors are selling"

Sorry but for those of us who know how to read Form 4s, your post lacks credibility. Form 4s can provide a lot of insight in insider positions, but let's not create drama where none exists.
