At the end on revenue you got it a little wrong. Revenue is around 450 million a year or 37.5 million a month. He stated he wanted a minimum debt service of 2-1 you have that all correct but at 10% interest you left out principle too. Nice notes overall. So on the high end your looking at 12.5 million plus around 5.5 million to pay the tower down which is 18.5 million a month am that leaves around 18 million a month in profit
