This also is my understanding Mr. Phillips and I too was able to contact IR for information on this. Again I say some posters here want to create the drama of ole poor me... FLPC management never stated that this would be an overnight success but they are currently putting their all into making FLPC a successful mining operation not just antimony but other precious metals as well.

The creation of the subsidiaries was something that has been in the works since before May, from what I'm told.

The result is that all the pieces of the company will now be controlled under one roof, which is supposed to lead to more efficiency and shorter time lines with respect to getting future operations up and running.

IMHO we need to relax here and see how the new direction of the company unfolds with improved shareholder value.
