Those were, in reality, Facebook posts from many, many days ago that turned out not to be true.

Facts? Yes he said those things....has not followed through on one.

673 days since a Form 10 was first promised
53 days since it was promised a second time
39 days since "everything was ready" to load to EDGAR
32 days since JR said they were "submitted"

Those are not fact, that is the problem. Those are statements made in social media by either KMAG themselves or someone else representing themselves as KMAG.

Either way they are statements that have proven unreliable as it is cut and dry. They either filed with the EDGAR (SEC) or they did not, and since filing with EDGAR are public filings, their whole purpose for public review, and the purported filings have not shown up on EDGAR the filings were not made, FACT!
