I've been trading pinks with scottrade for years with no problem, very strange.

I continually add UNGS with ST with no problem.

You really can't transfer pennies. No one wants to fuss with it seems like. You can eliminate the problems moving forward I used to have those problems too I with TradeKing and TDA. Been using etrade for a year with no problems. Cheers and good luck

Etrade is about the best for OTC trading great tools and tutorials. Plus free in person classes!
