The insiders still own a tremendous number of shares. They are part of the great dilution problem. It is a large contribution to the previously gross overpayment of earned salary and continues to add to the debt. It's an ongoing cloud hanging over PHOT. They still have voting power and -I think these shares are also unrestricted ?
