REVO didn't receive a credible $50m offer, tofarmer.
And, in the absence of any legally enforceable agreement, REVO was not required to file an 8-K.

Solomon is no fool. He deliberately takes cover behind the 'forward looking statement' protection afforded to those issuing PRs.

The idea of selling the patents was daft, anyway, and Solomon soon ditched that position when it was ridiculed on this board.

Furthermore, all of his forward looking statements have turned out to be misstatements. Not a single REVO projection has ever turned out to be accurate.
