it's not 90%. when it was "close to 90%" oppenheimer and tocqueville still owned shares. Together they sold out of their positions for a total of 17M shares. The real number is close to 70% combining etfs, mutual fund firms and general investment firms.

You also can get 78% from investorpoint.

But if you consider some minors (less than 1% each)who are not required to file.

So, 90% is possible
