I am not 100% sure and I was pretty sure Bill held the Preferred but not 100% I havent kept up as much here as all the others lately. I do know that ahousepainter shared it earler here like 4-10 posts or so ago..;-)

Thanks so I guess they just count EVERYTHING on a Par count like that from what it would seem thats how I figure all these pennys... If its Approved Expect it to be issued...;-)
