If I were Eric and was guilty as you say, I would not divulge any of my defense in a forum if I thought my freedom was at stake. So the "His silence pretty much says it all." statement is nonsense. His lawyers have probably advised him as such.

However, I would read all the posts with valuable information to mount a well prepared defense. Most of his discovery will be done on IHUB. He knows what you guys are thinking and doing. LOL! Way to give him your playbook.
