It was a voluntary de-listing. They never had their hearing and NASDAQ would have done a formal PR saying that date of de-listing.

I guess this is the first time you have seen or dealt with a de-listing? Always good to learn at some point.

PS, I think all reading this board know it is on the gray sheets but you are welcome to share it again.
