You might also ask who sold 3.5 million shares :)

The price went up following the transaction. Makes me think it's more likely a single buyer, and they couldn't find enough sellers willing to sell for a fixed market price, so the buyer rode the price upward.

If it had been a single seller, you'd be seeing the opposite pattern.
