Charts bring traders. Traders bring volume. I haven't seen a chart with such a wide range up and down...ever. Trust me, traders are all over this. And, when big investors show up, the PPS will sustain at much higher levels.

FWIW, lenders aren't holding enough shares to keep this down anymore.
