All I'm saying is that it gets updated yearly. If changes are made during the course of the year, you do not have to report the change in the organizational structure. For all we know a year ago Charles name was simply listed as default name under corporate license. It's not a big deal. The fact that changed with a full compliment of names I think is positive. Charles might be considered the chief software engineer now --- just a thought. Good vibration shoes can merge into BTCC or vice versa, and after paperwork is completed, change corporate entity in full to BTCC. We needed an infusion of capital, and this might be the group. But as we all understand, until a press release of some nature takes place, everything is up for speculation. IMO it's positive

King resources also showed the same officers a month ago, and if you go to the message board someone called the CEO's and both were completely unaware of the NVSOS changes and a few days later they were changed back to the original owner. It looks like either the NVSOS doesn't know how to file or someone is messing with companies. Since you knew this EXACTLY as it occurred you are becoming very suspicious in both your motives and possibly being involved.

Why would this company ever merge with a shoe company? It makes no sense. The fact that one is a doctor can be tied to Medcare collect, and this could be a funding thing, but I am guessing no.

Overall all the company needs to clear this up or you will continue to make guesss out of left field to make the compnay look negative in some way.
