Therein lies the rub. Note how I refer to "individual" account. IMHO, these insiders, promoters, touts have access to offshore funding vehicles.

The penny game is rigged. The little guy is supposed to lose, things are designed that way.

Management, insiders, promoters will be paid a salary, and/or fees, and/or shares.

Pennies such as NVLX can be shorted. What is this doubletalk? You don't need a personal account. They don't use a personal account. What are we idiots? No, we're not. I can short pennies every day of the week, as anybody can, by setting up the accounts properly. I generally do not play on the OTC, but setting up accounts is no big deal to do, you just need to know how to d it. That is not my game.
