Yep 3a10 law specifically prohibits anyone using it as a means to fund raising in any of its many forms!

And according to all of hopes now publicly disclosed emails...Eric specifically began begging hope for money referring to the 3a10 and tried to convince hope that he was a financial guru on the matter qualified to both solicit hope in the many manners he's clearly been soliciting him...as well as granting hope legal and financial advice which I very much doubt this CEO is even remotely qualified to give both in his professional capacity as a public company CEO or legally!

I wonder what Southridge thinks of all the WNBD CEO email exchanges with hopetocashin that have now been exposed publicly for all to see???????????????????????
