I agree, companies move forward they don't bring up the past, and quite frankly the nit picking bashers that are forming here aren't helping anyones cause, perhaps the conversation would be more suited for a blue chip stock instead of a pink sheet going through a rebuild. We need to focus on spreading belief so pull the white string hold & prosper or sell & retreat idgaf just tired of listening to the minor issues at hand

They will if ETEK stays silent, the 10k never gets filed, and the PPS drops to .0001. If the 10k gets filed, this all becomes water under the bridge. if the 10k never gets filed, this was the warning shot across the bow.

I'm not an oracle, and I can't declare which way this will go, but I have sold the bulk of my position. If/when the 10k hits I'll be back on board full-bore.
