You're being too technical. Most peeps don't care (including myself) if a sub-penny generates revs let alone the cost to generate. That's a big board concern. All I really care about is timing the toxic guys converting getting out before A/S is maxed PRs with decent narratives, & potential for revs. Potential for revs I say loosely, any of these subs & pennies really actually generating revs, is mostly accounting tricks anyway.

Now this play should not be sitting in the trips .0001 at that. VM-179 settlement alone should've ran this, if CEO hasn't filed pre 14c R/S prior to.

costing $6m to produce $5M is an obvious losing proposition--

would any agreement to sell intangible assets be honored by Worthington if such intangibles could not allow more efficient extraction of oil from the SE Kansas formations

The Levia Oil Recovery Process in tandem with the Ecolift Artificial Lift System were created by Adams to make the extraction of oil there in SE Kansas to be economically viable

As you state others had failed in this area with this heavy oil because it was too expensive to get the oil out of the ground

Adams' technology mentioned above should remedy the problem you note in your example of cost exceeding revenues for the oil sought after in the ground
