GM ALL! Best of luck to Hudson/Grande on this endeavor and also with all of the 'affiliates'. News should be coming out this week for National Properties Trust. Hopefully news comes out soon for all of the 'affiliates'.

It would be nice to get some information on the new subsidiary & also hear about any new purchases that are planned...like that golf course in California that someone mentioned.
