Yes multiples change but the point here is that the quoted multiple of 10X revenue is 250% of the average biotech multiple. It doesn't matter if the multiple trend changes over time if the suggested multiple remains 250% of the current average or whatever the average will be in future itwill call into question whether its reasonable.
