CWIR/FUZZnBUZZ: WHY HAVE A 'PARENT COMPANY' WITH 5 BILLION SHARES & 3 BILLION PREFERRED when you have a company with a share structure like FNB PHARMA?

FUZZNBUZZ being so top heavy won't even be able to uplist unless there is a R/S. So, why bother when you have THE 'Pharma'????

Look at all the trouble we are seeing today even getting green. WHY IS THAT?

I think that Hudson/Grande can do it and I'm cheering them on...but it sure would be nice to get our first PR...

AND NOT NEGATIVE INFORMATION FROM FINRA/SEC!
