Interesting: I put in a bid for 23's, and the instant I did 22's jumped to the ask. They knew a nano second after I placed my order to keep 22's on the ask. The MM's have knowledge of this. I'm not paranoid. There's a book, I think it's called something like Lightening Trading. MM's seem to know what we're doing an in instant, so they can counter it before the trade goes through. Congress is actually having hearings to investigate this.
