1) FREEMIUM Service - FREE (ad revenue generated)

2) Subscription Service - $5.-/mo (no ADS)

3) PREMIUM - 4K First-Screening, Original Content,
Concerts, PPV, VOD, Fights, Sports Events, etc..


The rates have been stated as $1.99 to $15.-/PREMIUM
4K Content.


It should be NOTED that Sony charges $30.-/BUY & $8.-/rental.


NTEK has also said, in various places, that they expect to
have Blake Brown (a porting & software streaming EXPERT who
has patents in the field & worked for eyeIO, Sony, DirecTV
Amazon Labs 126 - responsible for Kindle & Kindle FireTV)
& Carl Bellitti (Lead Technologist for NTEK) port UltraFlix™
on 1mm 4K TVs this year.


One could extrapolate that within ONE YEAR UltraFlix™ will
have AT LEAST 1mm subscribers (~20mm 4K TV Panels are
conservatively expected to be sold withing this period-
so 5% of the market = 1mm)....

One could reasonably EXPECT that between: Ad revenues, original
programming, original content, features, PPV, VOD, Concerts,
Subscription Fees & EVENTS that each subscriber would average
$5.-/mo (again CONSERVATIVELY). That means $5mm/mo, which
translates to $60mm/yr from this one product.

That is OVER 1.5 TIMES the current Market Cap. from ONE PRODUCT.


Not ONE Nuvola NP-1 sale.
Not ONE Nuvola NP-C sale.
Nor any ProFlix business.
Nor any OTHER NTEK products.

What about IPTV business? Establishing channels, hosting & delivering
content ALONG with all the non-4K Business & IPTV business
NanoTech (& NanoFlix) currently supports.
