Gerald specified they will give revenue guidance based on talks with big pharma and there want and need for it. So it won't be speculation. It will probably be pretty close to accurate

Orion, the fact you are on here posting about AMBS means you know a thing or two about investing and what companies do when they project their earnings. It's something all companies BIG and SMALL alike do and that analysts depend on when making their price projections. Every business channel and paper discusses if a company hit, misses or exceeds their revenue projects. No on is legally responsible to their projections. Everyone knows they are estimates.

So unless you were locked in a box for your entire life and just got out, what is the point of asking such a question that you obviously know the answer to? Because the way I read your post, knowing you aren't ignorant, you have just crossed into trolling on this board.

As far as I know, they can say anything that they want. They are expectations. When they find out otherwise, then they are supposed to pre announce.

There are rules regarding this, obviously. Rules of this type, I leave to the attorneys to read, digest, and interpret. I have enough to stuff in my brain.

IOW, revenue guidance is off all the time. Now, on the bright side, companies do beat the numbers often as well.

I look at it this way, EVERYONE is expecting a good announcement next week, along with revenue guidance, INCLUDING me, so I would not get in the way of this stock, and buy on the down days.

The pps IS 50% above the 50 day MA. That cannot hold, but there is a LOT of momentum behind this stock, despite the dilution.
