Michael Malone's new book

The only book by Malone that I have read is Memory, the guarding of all things. It is much more of a historical piece , it starts from the oral tradition, written language, first analog devices and finally digital storage. Much less silicon valley politics in that book. I thought it was very well researched and a great read, I knew of most of what was presented in the book but it was placed in a very enlightening perspective.
