Developers also project a timeline. We have been given one. Just because I want my house really bad doesn't mean I should expect my contracter to beat his timeline. In fact it would be that type pressure that forces unwanted mistakes and results. Look up the word patience

A better analogy that would fit you would be if the structure being built was a 1k room hotel and you where some guy who was thinking about renting a room some time in the future. But by god you gotta know when the doors are gonna open anyway. ADCS.

IMHO , wrong comparison cooking potatoes take different time and procedures than cooking Strawberries....

You just cant compare Real Estate with Services...


ADCS + SING are just starting ops and takes time to convince new clients. The waiting might be killing for some but at this PPS level is quite a bargain....
