Maybe he has submitted that required "Answer" to the court and rather than accept the conditions so stated he replied asking for a moderated set of conditions based on certain difficulty it would place on him.

There exist places in this universe where the law of physics appear to be violated, as in black holes and the smallest of the small, so perhaps when the curtain of this company is raised the interior of this company will violate laws of physics and rather than allow the bright light to enter, there will be an escape of darkness instead... WAIT... that already happened, yes?
