thx for the sharing of information from IR, disappointing to hear on reason for S3 withdraw and subsequent planned S1 in it's place, was hoping the withdraw meant they had a big backer lined up and didn't need it anymore or something, it is what it is I guess, it's all good still for now.

IMHO once they are able to get started building in NV and is able to get to growing there and elsewhere all in due time, I think this takes off for good and never looks back, that day is a lot closer than it was 2 years ago at least. Till then however, keeping a core and swing trading the sides, mid to high .30's have been very entry points this year so far.

Will trtc touch the plant if the upcoming Senate vote follows the House's lead and defunds the dea raids and decides to respect states rights? or does the fed gov have to actually legalize before we grow? Also, are the "hit piece" authors still being investigated? Just a few things I'm curious about, maybe your friend knows?

TRTC withdrew the S-3 after it was declared effective.

It seems Barry doesn't have a clue as to what he is talking about.

The question was always why withdraw the S-3 after it had been declared effective - and now they say they are going to file a S-1???
