Once the company proves 3G4 works for other viral indications, the OS will not matter. Presently, it's mostly pre-clinical. They have no efficacy to taunt yet. When they do reach that clinical milestone, perhaps by that juncture they will have more pre-clinical proof supporting HIV/CMV/influenza indications and will negotiate more lucrative terms with BP.
It appears to me the BOD is keeping 3G4 until then hence the S-3 filing....
