Yes but what IF a J&J wanted in but wanted to wait and see what offer was on the table ?

Is all of this stuff going on behind the scenes or do they have to make it public information and then have a certain time period to accept other offers from interested parties ?

Here is where I am going with this...COULD they have an offer on the table now and Sherry's job is to contact everyone in the healthcare industry to gauge if they want in ?

* How are these Medtronic's people finding out about Stryker's interest for example.
