Sure does seem like a lot of work and money for a buyout this quick. If they're working on a buyout this early what realistic PPS will the buyout be?

I'm 99.2% sure Sherry's marching orders are to "shop" us / gage level of interest and get the word out. Of course, any announcement of an offer will also get interested parties up off their a$$es and pony up.

I would not want to get caught being out of the stock as things could really start happening fast and furiously at any point. If you read between the lines, they are running lean and mean just the way an acquirer likes it :)
