Thats what happens when people sit on the bid and refuse to slap the ask. It makes no sense to sit on the bid and expect people to dump to you, and then turn around and expect people to slap the ask to buy your shares. People complain its not going up but they do nothing to help it run (Not speaking about you personally). PSRU
