I think you are seeing it wrong lemon. Your statement is saying that the PPS is low because nobody is aware that NBRI has found gold so there are no buyers.
IMO the stock is low because they have seen the gold and they realize that pulling out a few grams a week is not ever going to make a profit for the company. And a non profit company is never going to have a PPS increase. Especially not while the company dilutes 100% in a few short months.

The market is aware of what NBRI is and what they are doing. The PPS is right where it belongs and dropping as it should be under the overwhelming dilution with no production.

The company needs about 20 ounces a week just to scrape by on a single project. They have not got 20 grams a week.

It really is that simple. Non profit companies do not have increasing share price. Investors don't buy the stocks and the people who have fell for the myth are trying to escape intact(as much as possible).

Stories about NBRI abound but the facts are visible in the share price.
