Your point is well-taken, news of an acquisition offer could hit pre-FDA and you have to be in it to enjoy the instant price appreciation that it would surely bring / cause. GLTY
** A small part of me thinks that they (Titan Medical) have been in talks and have hired Bertner to "shop" the company to get a feel for legitimate interest that is out there. (I think Joey T and Valvo's work has been done as they wouldn't be needed if everything points to an acquisition, right :)
Just the type of rumor that could really make this interesting. I have to believe a handful of companies are looking at Titan now (before commercialization) so they can have a crack at it before a competitor does. Hope what you're hearing has "legs!"
