#26089 RE: SeePalms #26087

URGENT!!! ....this is a message to everyone.

The Free Comic Book Day advertising revenues may not show up in the 10Q that comes out this week.
This is because the publication date was May 3rd and the quarter ended May 30th.
Even with net 30 day payment terms, this puts the revs arriving several days after the quarter ended.
It is possible that the revs are in the 10Q but imho it is unlikely.
If they are in there then that would be a very good thing bc it would mean a possibly very short span from cost to revs received for the GSL launch November 5th.
I just want to spread the word so everyone isn't all "omg they made like 2 cents CPM" if it doesnt show up. So chill if that happens cuz it merely means they received it a lil later on. In fact, it syncs up with the no dilution for a month in June so I'm betting it was net 30.
In the event that traditional financing is secured prior to the roughly 45 day lead time going into GSL launch (about September 20th) due to commitments from advertisers (very doable), then personally I would prefer the net 60 or net 90 terms because the cost is covered and this provides much more stability and predictable income (at least in the beginning stages).
