They haven't done it for over 4 years and there's been no lawsuit. Any shares purchased after the assets were sold were with full knowledge and have no claim to any damages.
i was told that in certain cases a lawsuit including a class action has limitations and that time period might have already passed ? thought i would share but i am sure slojab and guys like track already know this as well as other avid posters on this board? now i do not know law at all so look this up before casting stones guys!
