While Dr. Wotton officially begins tomorrow, his actions are possibly already in place as it is believed that Ted Myles decision to settle with A/G and proceed with LPC was co-ordinated thru Dr. Wotton's approval.

With that scenario, $ACTC would be in a much stronger position to (1)negotiate more effectively with potential partners and (2) step up completion of the 4th cohort 200K completion of the Phase2A for both USA AMD and SMD trial.

Following (2) $ACTC would then be moving forward with the planning of Phase2B RPEs and increased possibility of a Pivotal Phase2B in which FDA approval is sought for Commercial BLAs.
