If Herman Miller, Exxon or any other well know Nasdaq traded company made an offer to buyout CVRG the PPS would be at .07 right now and we would have very detailed information. Unfortunately the buyout came from an Investment firm no one had heard of until a few days ago, if its all a scam CVRG gets hated and some folks are going to prison.
