I suppose you could pursue the lawyers in the class action and have them slam the door in your face....if they have a very strong case they would play hard ball for sure. Or, if the case is weak, they may want to negotiate a way out and everyone save the cost of litigation. Loser pays right? But both will have to put up significant $$$ to just get before a Judge. Lets face it, going to court is a risky proposition even if you are 100% right....you can still lose! Been there done that. So...maybe Marco and the new bunch ARE running head long down a one way street with CANX and their investors money with them....OR...with Heygi's connections in Seattle/MS...the green light may actually be back on. That would certainly surprise and shock some. Still longggggg.
