Don't think so. CEO Warrel is still in business, now at Relburn Inc., and I would guess, that he still tries to play the game again. If he gets control back of this former company, he firstly can satisfy his claims against the company because of his unpaid salary ....

And not to forget: he and his wifie hold greatest position there, and they can thus make a price, which they think.

Probably not, because he would run out of money, when he is not CEO.
Warrel jumped off the boat into the blue sea, when his company went in chapter 7.
And the found a new job at Relburn Inc., where he has not time to think of the Bahamas.
