Filled some PWTC at 0.17 today, just a starter. I hope it drops more in the coming days to 10 day EMA. If it wants to move, then I've some shares. From what I see, it might not go down, the trading range is so small 0.165 and 0.175, some serious buyers were sitting at 0.17 all day long:
