Given that court ruling that allows the previous growers to still grow I suspect there is less pressure and demand to give approval to all these new companies under HC licensing. They may take their time. Not to mention one of the approved producers by HC temporarily went offline given contaminated products - which might cause HC to be even pickier.
So then they are still planning on issuing licenses? Well thats wonderful news! Apparently no one has passed yet if that is indeed the case. Hypothetically if cen biotech inc failed the first time then then that means they are fixing what needs to be done now and license should be coming in a few months.
I dont think shareholders would be kept informed if we failed the first time or not. That would unnecessarily drop the stock price.
