I totally agree, after the split with crappy revenues the price tanks and we get royally screwed. Then look forward to delisting and all that crap and its the same thing over and over. But I'm hoping this is different, they can't possibly want to up list with these revenue numbers and expect to sustain the price so maybe there is something good to come soon? Some of us here think maybe someone has been keeping the price down and accumulating shares which is why the price never moves for even a day after positive news. The shareholder meeting wouldn't have to be held earlier for a r/s vote so why is that so soon now? Anyone thinking maybe a partner or buyer is around and part of the deal is to up list? Would that make any sense?

Keep in mind they said they would make the move at the appropriate time. I assume that means after they have all of their ducks in a row and institutional money lined up. They are only asking for permission to do this when they feel the time is right.

Yeah Shail, on being ready to move up to the NASDAQ, I see we have conversation going on with that, and my view, I sure the hell hope we are. The shareholders meeting announcement made me crazy LINK with this excerpt:

Actual results could differ materially from those projected due to our short operating history, limited financial resources, limited market acceptance, market competition and various other factors detailed

But I'm following the growing consensus that good things are about to happen.

I certainly don't want to bury my head in the sand though.
