There is no Spongetech anymore. The shares are worthless and there are 3 BILLION out. Pike is not convicted of any crime or SEC civil lawsuit, unlike Moskowitz, therefore even if he had shares no body can take them away (in the USA we have this little thing called "due process" and also the Fifth amendment against takings of private property).
