Impossible to predict when we will get the decision. The Judge ruled on the motion to dismiss quickly, but that does not guarantee that he will do the same on this motion (however, this case has been on his docket for a long time and thus I imagine he would like to move it along at this point). Again, based on my reading of DSS's opposition brief, I think it is highly unlikely that the Judge will grant the SJ motion. However, I was not able to attend the oral argument and thus have no insight into the questions that were asked or how the responses were received by the Judge (also, Coupons' moving brief was filed under seal and thus unavailable). My hope is that we get the decision before the August slowdown where a lot of Judge's go on vacation, etc. Good luck to all DSS investors. I am confident that our best days are ahead of us.
