Good point. But Health Canada seems do be purposely dragging their feet for some reason. Might be the injunction. Which will be heard next year. Theres a chance the MMPR can be declared unconstitutional or whatever they call it over there in Canada. "Un-QueenVicotoria-like". Then it would be repealed or altered.
Then I'm sure lots of companies would file suit. but to no avail. Think of the dozens of companies that leased space in Washington and never got a recreational license! Same basic concept. Only CEN Biotech inc. is spending 20 million. They made a huge bet that they will get the license so I think I'm willing to see how this plays out. Limited my exposure recently but never actually out completely. I like the story here for the most part.
