What is insider buying? I must be taking a negative connotation from "there is NO insider buying," but then you discuss a third party is accumulating.

I think of insider buying as meaning someone who knows "inside" info, such as an announcement, that the public doesn't know.

If that's true, what possible pump can they orchestrate? Target? Kmart? Nothing gets bigger than Wal-Mart. Are you sure that the pump was not Circle K? That looked like a miserable pump attempt to me. Also, in this case, this will be insider accumulation, isn't?
